Bio

Emma Corrao is a performer and composer currently based in the Shenandoah Valley Region. She currently writes works primarily for voice and string instruments, while studying vocal performance and music composition at James Madison University. With an interest in all things macabre and melancholic, Emma Corrao aims to inject her music with a heightened sense of drama and passion.

Within the parameters of academia, Emma also works as supervisor of JMU’s Music Library, while freelancing as a copyist and audio production assistant on and off-campus.
